Yeah agreed. I can see it happening. Sometimes a good deal comes at an inconvenient time but it’s too good to turn down

100% on both fronts. They’ve both took their chances after being selected. That said, it was baffling just how little game time Simms and Kitching were getting until recently.

Allen should get a new contract unless we’re planning on signing another player and Sheaf extends his contract.

The question is Allen's form sustainable? I believe so. There is no doubt in my mind he has been one of the main reasons for our upturn in form along with Dovin and Kitch.
Always supported and been an Allen fan who keeps getting written off. Totally unfair considering the injuries he sustained last year.

I mean A: I like signings ngl . B: Looking at his stats from his Boro last year he was decent and we could do a lot worse. Plus can play in any role across our midfield three. If we do lose Eccles it’s key we replace the versatility.
