Just been on train with Burnley fans.
Nice guys but they said ref was biased against them! Quoted an example of Kitching faking a foul.

Amazing how other fans can see things differently.

For the record, Burnley tactics on the dark arts surpassed anything I've ever seen.
This game will never happen...

Burnley v Italy to decide who is best at dark arts. Likely end up as a nil nil draw.
Nah, they’re fucking having a laugh, biggest bunch of actors I’ve seen for a while. Embarrassing idiots ! Not the Burnley fans fault though. 🤷‍♂️

I was actually thinking during the game whether Lampard would say in his post-match “I’ve got enough money so I’m not arsed about the fine; the ref was an absolute disgrace”. Fortunately/unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to hear him.

Red card behind his back as well, what a pathetic ref. Completely salty but every time he fell for Burnley’s antics. Bloke must have no self respect to just accept it every time. Was nice of him to allow Parker a on pitch team talk. Absolute shambles

On the issue of time wasting, I do think there’s credence to the idea of having a 60 minute stop-clock. The amount of time the ball is in play is reducing and I’m sick of seeing shitty time wasting tactics.

I also think we should play on whenever there’s an injury and physios can enter the pitch. Sportsmanship has been weaponised.

They do it in Rugby and would certainly stop play acting. Burnley would be fucked.

I somehow miss the 23/24 rules on time added on. Yes it added ridiculous time added on but thought it was a step in the right direction. Shame it seemingly got dropped

It wasn’t ridiculous. It was fair what was ridiculous was the level of time wasting we accepted and accept now. Half the match it a joke.

I think it will come one day.
