I have answered?

In fairness, I think you would struggle to do up your Velcro trainers.

Can't he go back to the CET site. His alarming lack of knowledge would be better received there.

It is interesting that people try and force across that CCFC is SISU though. It has been like that in the media as well.

The shitfest started way before, probably around the last time the club was throwing around money like it was Monopoly and didn't actually have it.

And I'll wager you and others like Torchy that moan like fuck now, didn't even think about it then!

To be fair I was very young so doubt I'd understand.

I don't understand the "ah well, it was fun" if people say that started the rot.

You was happy then though , Keane , Mcalister , Bellendamy , Nobody moaned then , so unfair to use that , Sisu have dug us a much bigger hole !

why is it unfair? It's true.
Yes. we all loved it, as did supporters of lots of clubs from that era who overspent.
Yes SISU have got us in to a bigger mess, what point are you trying to make?

TBF we didn't really have an idea of the impending shit storm

Well tobe fair , it was quiet obvious we were over spending , it was a fantastic era for the club . but as you say , shit storm , Yes when Sisu took over we were a basket case , but under their stewardship the bottom has fell out the basket . They have had 8+ yrs to get us on sound foundations and have nt . Infact the club is in the worst state in its history ....... they cant keep blaming everybody else ..

I've never said "It was fun" Be it right or wrong, previous owners at least tried to give CCFC fans some pride and passion to shout about by giving us fabulous footballers. Like I said Right or Wrong, isn't the issue atm. Whereas SISU are.

Point is saimple , We may have been in a mess when they took us over , BUT we are in a FAR bigger mess under their ownership .

I never said it was to improve - the current attendances would suggest the income keeps the club afloat. Increased income from attendance would have a positive impact on TM's budget for players.

It won't be going to SISU.
Not directly maybe but there are reasons that they are still here and it isn't to do with miraculously climbing out of this League on a shoestring.

Because there's isn't one single reason for them to leave if we are break even.

It's an asset on their books with a value a lot higher than its current market value, so no reason whatsoever for them to let us go if we aren't costing them any more money.

But they make sure usually we don't break even with their extortionate 'Admin charges', putting CCFC into more paper debt and providing themselves with a platform for a nice bit of tax avoidance elsewhere in the group.

Why would they leave?

The club pretty much pays for itself, bar them probably fronting up some money now and again for cash flow purposes which they get back.
In the unlikely event that we could fluke our way to the Prem, then a massive windfall awaits.

I'll say to you, the same as I said earlier. A fresh start with new footballing owners would bring in big gates in the lower leagues for CCFC (ME INCLUDED) and possibly no more than 3-4 consecutive promotions to be back in the FL with a healthy financial backing from the fans. The alternative is a slow, painfull death, prolonged by SISU's existence at CCFC until liquidation. Do it now and get it over with ffs!

We'd have to start at the Butts though, the ground would be the appropriate size then.

I've already pointed out that if SISU buggered off and new owners came in to groundshare with CRFC the ground could be turned 90 degrees so the long stand could be extended to hold approx 15-18k a la Old Trafford, with the other 3 stands holding 8-10k between them..... BUT! CRFC don't want that size stadium.

You wouldn't need 15-18k from the level we'd start at...

lets assume you are correct, Wouldn't this be another reason not to sell us ?

BPA was never going to happen which I believe is why Anderson asked for it, the public access just isn't there apart from the fact of that retirement village next door

And the lease owner won't deal with Sisu.
Funny that everyone they deal with blank them or get taken to court.
Yet some will still defend them and expect people to bend over backwards to deal with them.
Those that have bent over have duly been done.
