You don't seem to take me serious when I say that I think I would be better off if we stayed in. I don't know how many times I go into Europe each year. I have always planned to tour Europe when I retire for a few years at least before taking on the rest of the world.

But some don't seem to think I should mention what is wrong with the EU. I am supposed to have a go at those who want out and get money for owning land but not mention those who want to stay in the EU and continue to get millions.

I mentioned Farage and his greed earlier. But as usual it.got missed.......

You might be fine to tour if you are able to prove you're financially able to support yourself and have private medical insurance (which will be pricey). My gripe is that it's going to be something reserved for the wealthy and closed off from a lot of people.

I'm just glad that I have had an Irish passport since birth, as you can expect I'd have burst a blood vessel if I didn't.

You have no more idea than what anyone else does.

If you're looking to spend an extended period of time in a country of course you will have to prove you're financially secure and have private medical insurance.

It would be the same for anyone coming here, as it is now if you come from outside of the EU.

You are only allowed a 90 day stay in the Eu anyway now unless in employment every 180 days. You don’t know if we will still have a medical reciprocal arrangement with the EU and even if we don’t you would take medical insurance for your stay which is very cheap.

I have a visa for Russia and India and have never had to be asked if I have private medical insurance.

You are not allowed to tour for an extended period as an EU tourist under the agreement are you?

I can’t see why it wouldnt remain - other non Eu countries have it and we net contribute - and anyway tourist cover is fairly cheap

At that point you'd likely have to prove you had funds to remain in the country and comprehensive medical cover.

It'd be great if it did remain and EU members were entitled to claim here too.

Want to tour for as long as we are capable. And will be coming back frequently. Wife to visit family and me to go to games.

If I am not allowed I will just spend my money where I am allowed to go. There are many places other than the EU.

we were perfectly ok as citizens travelling and worling and living in Europe until Brexit. Anything that gets worse is due to Brexit.
