"Hopefully talks can be had"? You are talking about allowing seats to be purchased for a football match officer, not trying to broker the Northern Ireland peace process in the late 90sThink you’ve misunderstood. Generally there’s no pressure to open 13 cos the ground ain’t full as a whole so they can have over the top segregation cos why not?
Those people who can’t get a ticket29000 is enough fans,to create an atmosphere.who cares about one empty block
Just jab a finger into your own chest and chant "Who are ya?"I'm in block 11 Sunday. Pointing both ways going to be singing "who the fucking hell are you" followed by "we want thirteen out, 'said we want thirteen out"

I’m sure there will be, but to expect a solution to suit everything and everybody in two or three days was never going to happen."Hopefully talks can be had.
They willHope block 11/12 will be an extension of the corner and not sat down all game!
They will
Some can’t but everyone else yepFingers crossed.
Would absolutely love it to be standing around the ground.
If by that you mean the whole ground standing I'll have to get me son and grandson to come round from block 31 and get me on my feet.Fingers crossed.

Have a nagging feeling the atmosphere might be a little flat compared to last couple of games. Early kick off, nothing decided on the day, a lot of tension, and the sense the makeup of the crowd will be a lot different to the Blues game (anecdotally there seem to be a lot more elderly fans and children going - not knocking that, but it can impact on atmosphere). Hope I'm wrong.
Early goal at Blues game made that atmosphere, if we can do the same tomorrow then it will be electric, anything else then it could be quieter but still think it will be ok.Have a nagging feeling the atmosphere might be a little flat compared to last couple of games. there's loads of empty seats as they won't normally sell all the ticketsWMP on twitter are embarrassing themselves this afternoon. Genuinely sounds like a bloke has had a beer and is tweeting on his work phone.
Acknowledges the corner is popular and then goes on to say...
The corner is the only area of the ground fully sold out and the demand is very high but according to WMP we don't need block 13 on normal matchdays!
I have a spare concession (over 60) ticket if you’re interested mate. Message me if so.Probably too late but worth a try, after 1 ticket for tomorrow if anyone knows of any, much appreciated
Good shout! People who have got their tickets moaning about a few empty seats! Can we just look forward to the game now?

They joined in against Birmingham.Depends on the rest of the ground for me. Corner will be up for it but let's hope the North Stand actually join in for once.
I'm in there, don't intend to put bum on seat!Hope block 11/12 will be an extension of the corner and not sat down all game!
I think it'll be absolutely electric.
I can't wait.
Are you suggesting the segregation creates anger ? And not drugs and boozeThere probably would be if Utd and Liverpool fans were treated and policed like ours in the stadium.

I can't argue against thatNo I’m suggesting the policing at the CBS is so poor as to effectively not be there. The Derby incident the guys walked past several stewards and police.

I'm wondering if the issue is that there is sufficient concourse capacity for the number of seats if the entire South Stand is taken into account and there is no segregation on the concourse.
With Boro having around 2k in a 3k capacity area, they have excess capacity on the concourse, but due to shutters etc. that can't be utilised for the extra 300 in Block 13.
Would explain why it has been open for large away followings and games like the women where there was no segregation.
Still piss-poor design.
This is the point that should be getting hammered. The arrest stats don't show our fans to be worse than any other club so that leaves two options. No I’m suggesting the policing at the CBS is so poor as to effectively not be there. Less judgement on the stewards than on the police for meThis is the point that should be getting hammered. The arrest stats don't show our fans to be worse than any other club so that leaves two options.
1) the police & stewards are incompetent and don't actually manage to catch anyone despite there being way more trouble at our games than any other club
2) the police & stewards are incompetent and can't manage crowd behaviour that isn't an issue at every other ground in the country
