No idea how either of them passed a medical
How dare you say that about Godden. You’ll have half the forum on your back now.Don’t get how Godden, who does almost nothing when not scoring gets a pass but Walker is “lazy”

Do you go to games ? Goddens job is to score goals and he is doing, all types, and he hits the target regularly, to say he offers nothing else is way off the mark he works his ass off off the ball, has a good first touch too. It’s just a goal scorer thing innit? Both will get you 15-20 but neither are much use when not scoring.
I am sure Sherwood the club waived the medical they just wanted to sign him
It's actually painfully believable at this point.Yeah it’s unbelievable how clueless some of our fans are.
I'd argue that Walker is better in the air and with his back to goalThey are similar in that if they don’t score they have little contribution but robins likes Godden better and that’s it i think
I just think Robins believes Gyo, Godden and Waghorn fit our system of play better, I tend to agree but in fairness to Walker he hasn’t really had an extended run in the team to show what he can do, he’s just a different type of striker.I'd be asking for a move if I was him. He's not getting a chance here and even when he did get one, and took it, he was still dropped.
If we went 3 up top would that suit him better than being in a one or a two?I just think Robins believes Gyo, Godden and Waghorn fit our system of play better, I tend to agree but in fairness to Walker he hasn’t really had an extended run in the team to show what he can do, he’s just a different type of striker.
Get rid I say … steeling a living … laziest player I’ve ever seen .
The yakubu thing was never in context to be fair.
I d argue you were totally wrong lol.I'd argue that Walker is better in the air and with his back to goal
He's a better long term bet than Godden IMO.
They did, McGinnity himself told me that!I’m not joking on this I’m pretty certain McGinnity was advised he’d fail the medical so he just signed him as he wanted a name
Walker seems really poor back to goalI'd argue that Walker is better in the air and with his back to goal
Back to goal is certainly not Godden's strength but he is way better at it than Walker and holding the ball. Has Walker ever scored with his head? Godden does remarkable often. Walker's strength is his finishing and he is quite quick.I'd argue that Walker is better in the air and with his back to goal
A Baggies ST mate of mine says Hugill is the worst striker he's ever seen for them. He been following them since the 70's, so he must have seen a few!If they offer 1,000,000 or above its a no brainer as we would have made profit, I like walker its just I dont think Sisu would keep him around if an offer where we make profit comes in, especially if he is going to be 4th choice.
I reckon if he does go, we look at the Prem for a young quick loanee, for example the likes of Aaron Connelly at Brighton, Anthony Elanga of Man utd, Nathan Tella of Southampton, or we go for a player already out on loan such as Hugill (not quick but a good striker) talks of him getting recalled, potentially Ryan Longman on loan at Hull from Brighton (2 goals 2 assists) winger but can play striker and Im sure we could use him at times in AM.
But anyways, its a non-starter as they cant afford it
edit : also our top scorer last season with 8 goals
He was quality at Preston hit 20+ goals, I suggested him as realistically would be within our bracket and has a point to proveA Baggies ST mate of mine says Hugill is the worst striker he's ever seen for them. He been following them since the 70's, so he must have seen a few!
How old is he?He was quality at Preston hit 20+ goals, I suggested him as realistically would be within our bracket and has a point to prove
29 years oldHow old is he?

edit : apologies he hasnt hit 20 goals just double figures a couple times
He was good while at Preston, I think he can fill the Waghorn void and help Viktor get back on the scoresheet by drawing in playersHe is shit.
You obviously don't watch the matches much thenWalker seems really poor back to goal

He's rubbish, his one good season was an exception. He was good while at Preston, I think he can fill the Waghorn void and help Viktor get back on the scoresheet by drawing in players
Played well for QPR just before he moved to Norwich as wellHe's rubbish, his one good season was an exception.
And yet he's allegedly being linked with Lincoln.Yeah it’s unbelievable how clueless some of our fans are.
I’ve been impressed with Godden’s hold up/build up play this season. It’s just a goal scorer thing innit? Both will get you 15-20 but neither are much use when not scoring.
I haven't seen many Walker headed goals or much good hold up play for us.You obviously don't watch the matches much then
