The clapping needs to stop though. People can’t seem to clap to a beat.
Starts too early and most don’t know the words so just clap along.

I have lots of mates that support various different clubs who all think it’s quality.
A lot of clubs would love to have an ‘anthem’ as good as ours.
Some mentioned Enter Sandman earlier as an entrance song (it would be awesome, but without any relevance I can't see it).
... But as a post goal song
Huge if trueCeltic sing it better.
Disagree. In my will I have requested being buried back in Cov , dread to think being next to a thick mancMight not be a popular opinion but I think WLADITT is a proper depressing song to sing before a game. I get the sentiment, like we’re proud to be born in Cov, but the idea that all we’re destined for is to live and die here is a bit grim tbh, like there’s no escape
I was singing that to the verse bit of End of the World As We Know It.Doug get your cheque book open,
Can't you see our midfields shite.
Exit Bright,
Enter Wright.
Matty James we demand.
Where did Dabos spot kick land.
Surely it's what got you into the FZ in the first place?Thats what got me kicked out the Family Zone
it is but it's a similar chord progression and lyrical themeI like your comparison to That's Entertainment but I think WLADITT is inferior in lyric and melody.
yea our group noticed it was later, thought it was going to be "too" late and would get cut off before KO, but seemed absolutely perfect in the end... hard to know what the ref is going to do i suppose! What did we think to the timing at the Spurs game? Later than we usually have it.
Worked really well, I thought it was greatWhat did we think to the timing at the Spurs game? Later than we usually have it.
Agreed.Rest of the music build up is pretty naff
presume it was because sky would have had an advert earlier so they timed it for right up to kick off to get it on thereWhat did we think to the timing at the Spurs game? Later than we usually have it.
Just watch the videos from the semi final then read the comments from fans of other teams especially Man United fans, they all loved it. Did 99% of these these other fans know the words? No it was the singing of the song in unison that impressed them and shocked others. If our fans learnt all the words and it was played in full it would add to the atmosphere.
Songs like this sung full blast shuts the other fans up just like twist and shout sung repeatedly does it stops the other fans from starting and they become frustrated.
Best example years ago at Leeds at Christmas time there were only three or four hundred of us if that, we started chanting Sky Blue Army it went on and on, and as it did the Leeds fans started by having a go at us. The longer it went on they started on their own players and our players responded and we eventually won. I’m not saying we were responsible for us winning but I really think we contributed.
Anyway my advice to the fans is learn all the words, and to the club read out the teams two minutes earlier then play the whole song.
Maybe start it half way through and sing only the 2nd half.Would be better if everyone knew the words. At the moment its about 6 lines at the end and then stops abruptly. Not sure its that intimidating
Don't need corporate branding like that shit!Where's the banner been the last two games?
