The government must act out the will of the people first before a second referendum is cast .
They havent even done that yet as we haven’t left .
How often and in how many cities was Carney with the public? If you count the majority of the printed media, which is owned by a handful of anti EU non resident billionaires and tax exiles, as on the side of remain, then you are being less than rational. Daily Mail, Telegraph, Sun and Daily Express together the by far most read papers in Britain and with online versions reaching even more... on the side of remain???????? Rofl
For starters people don’t buy papers in anywhere near the numbers that watch the news on the tv , BBC Channel 4 ,5 ITV all remainiacs .
Social media sites like twitter and Facebook both left wing sites helping push liberal agendas .
Leavers have far far less favourable coverage , all the people telling us we are wrong just so happen to have financial interests / pensions etc through the EU .
It’s all nonsense.

48% wasn’t it?

Also it still said a minority wanted to reverse the decision - that’s also true isn’t it?

48% yes. Think it was the wrong decision. It is true that there isnˋt a majority to overturn the result... yet. Some polls show a majority for a second vote or an election. The trend is going for some sort of confirmation or rejection of whatever deal is reached. Not surprising as Brexit is a vague concept which unites people only on leaving, but not on how to leave or to take things forward.

No 48% in your previous You Gov poll said they had no interest in Brexit!

There is not one poll that exists that includes the not interested that says there is a majority in favour of a second referendum

Stop lying

imagine voting in a general election , not immediately implementing the result then 2 years down the line say we want another one as we don’t think the first will bring us the things we want .

That’s effectively how leave voters feel at the moment .
The whole response from the media , remainers and certain politicians over the last 2 years has been nothing short of disgraceful .
Get it done or face a public uprising .

Er no... those telling you are right are hedge fund owners, investors, ex public schoolboys, dodgy businessmen and a certain fag packet fascist disguising himself as an ordinary ‚bloke‘ with a financial interest in Brexit. Are you seriously denying their financial and political motives to make a point about the BBC apparently ( according to you ) having a financial interest in the EU? Social media sites like Twitter and Facebook have massive problems with, above all, right wing propaganda, disinformation, racism, hate posts and incitement to violence through whipping up the users. Farage claims his rise to prominence started in 2008 with YouTube. MSM would have regarded him as a krank and given him no time, but through YouTube he got through to his ‚base‘ and spewed his lies and distortions. The Mail and Express etc tuned into this market. His press agent is ex Daily Express and it is no coincidence that the Express and leave speak with the same voice.

We have an elections every few years. Nothing unusual about people changing their minds if dissatisfied with the party in charge. It’s democracy. Wreck the country and expect people to take to the streets. If Brexit puts people out of work, you can expect a massive backlash.

Calling Nigel farage a fascist wether you like him or not just shows you have no idea what a fascist is .
More to do with people just fed up with the way things were going and voted for change .
Why is that so hard for remainers to see , people didn’t want more of the same , simple really

Which part isn’t true then? Farage‘s claim about YouTube? Right wingers on Facebook and Twitter?

No mate, you need help if you can’t take the facts that even your boss keeps mentioning. You just sit and deny things.

Good reason for being well pissed off. I don’t see how they can get anything apart from BINO without wrecking the economy.

When was the last time an elected government did what they pledged to do in an election. Plus an election is every 4 years unless a government is dumb enough to call an ill advised early election. If you’re going to compare apples compare them with apples. Unless of course you’re saying that we can have another EU referendum in June 2020 with your blessing.

I’m all for another referendum , but a good 5-10 years after we have left

It may happen. I won’t be losing though. I don’t work in U.K. manufacturing.

Which will not in the end be impacted by Brexit at all - much to your disappointment

Yes, you could say let’s give it go and if it doesn’t work out we’ll go back in. But... it may set our economy back years and even if we get back in, it will never be on the same terms as now. We will have lost agencies and parts of the City and our manufacturing industry. That is a big gamble which is more likely to end up with us worse off than better off.

What if it makes no impact on the economy Mart and also allows us to exclude from political and fiscal union? What then?

The funny thing about all this is , most people who voted to join the EU or the market in the first place are the same people who were the majority to vote us out of it .
It’s almost as if they know a bit more than the 18 -24 year olds who prefer to sit at home playing fortnite in their spare time .
Anyways ... I’m off goodnight

I’m merely trying to please , reality is should be 50 years , a good old wait like we just had

The place will be booming in 50 years according to hedge fund grounder and currently part owner Rees Mogg. Although his clients are investing in the EU via his Dublin funds in the meantime.. not much in the U.K.

Someone on a debate today said older people should be banned from voting. It’s the type of nonsense Hitler and Stalin would lap up

Doesn’t surprise me with the modern day left .
Gone are the days where being left wing meant fighting the establishment and hating big business .
Seemingly they love that these days

There isn’t a political union or fiscal union and won’t be one without us giving up veto rights. We are not in the Eurozone or Schengen. So we gain nothing if there is no impact. We have to replace EU bureaucracy with U.K. bureaucracy and border control officers together with buildings, car parks, roads and red tape. If you think ‚no impact‘ is good then why bother? Bendy bananas? We will have Fruit classification anyway. Immigration? We will have migrants if the economy needs them. Just non EU instead of EU. ECJ? We will have some form of court for disputes no matter what trade deals we have. Even WTO, if we allowed the deals we want. I don’t see the point of all the uncertainty and division to get „no impact“.

The anti Semitic nonsense of Hitler is alive and well in quotes from Vikto Orban. Only difference nowadays is that most conservative MEPs voted against sanctioning Orban for his anti Semitic and anti democratic actions. Desperate to curry favour with the EUs bad boy for help with Brexit. And you criticise Corbyn for anti semitism.

Corbyn is hardly praising the establishment or fawning over big business. That’s the Conservative‘s job.
