Foden is an excellent player. I really rate Reece James too.Tbf Foden has started 9 out of Man City’s first 10 games this season.
I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure Foden has started all bar 1 game this season for Man City.Well he never starts Foden every week Kane has been on a slump for a while now and Sterling was moved on
I only know 5 of the German side and 3 of them play/have played in the PL.

So DeBruyne isn't world class either? Guardiola doesn't play him every week.Well he never starts Foden every week Kane has been on a slump for a while now and Sterling was moved on
But how old was Foden three years ago?Over the course of the last 3 seasons he hasn’t - I’m not even bothered about England but it seems everyone is buying into the premier league is the best league in the world mantra.
Southgate has the best record in tournaments for half a century hasn’t he? I doubt appointing Eddie Howe or Steve Cooper will elevate to world champions
He's very good for Chelsea but I've not been particularly impressed when he's played for England. 5 or 6 out of 10 player. Different side but I miss not having someone of the class of Ashley Cole, 8+ out of 10 virtual every game for England.Foden is an excellent player. I really rate Reece James too.

18/19. Hard to judge someone back then when they were just breaking through in a top side like Man City. But how old was Foden three years ago?
Stones almost dropping us right in it there.
I'm hardly a fan of the Premier League but can appreciate players like Foden genuinely are special talents, if you think Guardiola and most of his contemporaries are wrong then fair enough
Have we had a shot yet though? All seems to get turgid and breakdown just outside their boxEngland more adventurous than other night (or at least trying to be)…but Germany comfortably the better side.

I haven’t said that but many special talents haven’t always been selected for the team anyway - the German ethos has been team - as indeed was England - Jimmy greaves was an amazing talent versus Geoff Hurst wasn’t he?

Exactly
I liked his ‘shows how important it is to practice with your weaker foot’ comment when Sterling and Foden wanged their passes. I’m sure they practice mate.Who's the bloke on co-comms?
Useless

He isn't the finished article for sure and is having a poor game tonight, but I feel certain he's going to be a top England player in the years to come. He's very good for Chelsea but I've not been particularly impressed when he's played for England. 5 or 6 out of 10 player.
