They couldn't build a decent fanbase in a large city +catchment area like Cov so why move to a city (with a limited catchment area) where there is already a decent size rugby club? So Wasps have been given the go ahead to play in the Championship for 2023/24.
Also, a groundshare agreement has been reached with a Midlands venue for their home games. Wonder where that is.....
