Would have been nice if Dabo bought a ticket then!

Of course I'm joking, took bottle for him to step up, albeit he wasn't who I'd have chosen.

He did buy a ticket. That’s the point. Honestly more disappointed in Fadz who as VC should have stepped up IMO.

Nah sack the coins off... they should have sudden death penaltys to decide.... but using fans in the ground selected by a random seat number generator.

Should do a noise meter like those 90s live kids shows and noisiest fans get to choose ends or first kick. We’d win every time 🤣

Has anyone watched the game back yet?
Think I’m going to do it tonight- does it make you feel better or worse?!

I watched the EFL Highlights and then rewatched the penalties on the live recording as I wanted to see the player walk ups.

It helped I think, feel I’m over it now and looking ahead to the new season.

Well over it now. Was gutted with the end of a journey that the players management and fans had put so much into and gutted that the great occasion didn’t end in celebration. But am I disappointed we aren’t playing premiership football next season ( against the grain I guess) but not at all

Agreed. After the celebrations we'd be shitting ourselves now about being pumped every week.

Im pretty sure even with all you’ve mentioned above, after 120 minutes the game finished 1-1. So even after all that they hadn’t beat us.

They won because Dabo missed his penalty , it’s as simple as that. That’s on him. He lost us the game!

Not enough people are hurting today , everyone’s to busy patting Luton on the back, kissing their arse and everyone wants to give Dabo a bravery sticker.

Nonsense

Yes, whole thing yesterday.
Couldn't talk to anybody so thought I'd do it.
1st half wasn't as bad as I remember but stats wise we got annihilated.
2nd half was pretty much opposite of 1st. We evened out those stats and looked by far the better side. (Said at the time our 1st half could have cost is a chance of going up - we just didn't turn up for a whole half a game)
Sky said we controlled ET (but without creating that much) eventually we had more attempts and clear cut chances than them (stats)
-Sheaf stood out as MOM
-Cuffey better than I thought at the time.
-Hamer's goal was brilliant from start to finish.

Did it make me feel better - NO!....
Tears again at;
-Hamer going off in tears.
-Dabos miss.
Still maintain that was an opportunity of a generation missed - what it would have done for the club would have been immeasurable.

The end of me watching then pretty much coincided with the club releasing that video!

The plus from everything is the city has woken from apart from 1987 over 50 years of slumber potential big fanatical support has always been here , Jimmy Hill turned us from 5/6000 gates to over 20000+ overnight, away support 5000+ every away game and travel was poor then, no M6 until Cannock or M1 north passed Northampton.
The same sort of euphoria from those days is here now.

Another plus point…. My daughter, who mid season was wavering a bit about coming every week, asked yesterday if she can start coming to the away games too next season. Despite the many tears on Saturday it seems she may fully have the bug now 😍

I did explain that Cardiff half empty on a Tuesday night doesn’t have the same atmosphere but she remains keen.

Yeah, 100%. Ridiculous rule.

ps careful some will be blaming Kelly for losing two coin tosses in a minute
Don't see why they have to be at the same end anyway. Each team could choose which end they want to shoot towards. Not like a game where you swap ends halfway through.
