He’s a moron.
The anti gay laws to be honest I don’t think oriole can really complain as it’s hypocrisy but slave labour and the overall corruption to get it is another matter

I wonder what the viewing figures will be for this world Cup compared to previous ones.
It's the only one that I have not been looking forward to.
The whole thing is just a pile of shit as far as I'm concerned.

Seen CJs apartment on twitter , fair to say its alot better than what I've seen in the media , although ofcourse some fans will be staying in poor accommodation

Just got lumbered with another four years of this crook as nobody stood against him, the sooner they make the head of fifa a maximum of two terms the better.

Been a good trip so far. Only bad bit was check in and the food outlets at Heathrow. Apartment is bang on just like you said and reasonably priced too. We were going to hire a car but it’s pointless as the Ubers are so cheap. Costing about a fiver for 20-30 mins drive. All buses and metros are free too. Restaurants are the same cost as at home and the supermarkets work out about the same over a big shop. I wouldn’t say the country is 100% prepared (only had 12 years!) but the people are very friendly and welcoming.

With regards to the camps they had them at previous tournaments that were far worse than that. Must be said though they were a fair bit cheaper though!

Imagine the day before a World Cup you can just say absolutely nothing and let the actual football take over the agenda - enter Infantino

It’s staggering that someone in his position thinks it’s a good idea to say these things. He’s a clown and no better than who was there before.

i just hope that if england only win 1 world cup in my lifetime, then it is not this one
A sham of a tournament, in a sham of a country with very little interest, and distrupting the football season in the middle of winter
I just hope that by the time the next world cup comes around, that excitement will be rekindled, and they haven't killed it for good

I'm not normally a fan of parallel completions or renegade counter disruption to the order of things but surely there must be a danger of something cropping up at some point

First major tournament that England have qualified for which I have zero interest in. Hope we lose every game so that fraud Southgate is gone.

For me it'd have the feel of our L1 winning season that got cancelled. I'd be dead pleased we won it, but it'd feel tainted.

Saying "today I feel like a migrant worker" when you're paid over $250,000 a month really is incredible.

I hate how loaded the term ‘migrant’ has become. In this context of course you are right.
But the old MD of the company I work for was a “migrant worker” and was on over £500k

Anyway. FOOTBALL

Fucking hell listening to Alex Scott say she thought long and hard about it but "loves her job".

Yes. Why not? He’s going on holiday with us this August and going to the game on Saturday. No reason why we cant combine the two.
I heard you cannot take children into fanzones. Best to check that out. Hope it goes well for you.

Love the Ecuador keeper going for it in the national anthem, knowing full well that he is about to throw the ball in the net for a dodgy Qatar winner.
