I kinda feel sorry for him.....but wtf we need a better manager. TM has really let us down.

and he knows it. Good news is he wont want compo, so we can get an out of work manager and it wont cost us anything in compo for TM

He sounded very dejected and said he hoped the club would do something, his whole words were as he had already left, said he wouldn't want paying off because he knew the club were starved of money

I'd imagine there's a clause in the contract and it kicks in after 10 games.

Sort of makes sense, but what would it have been ?

It wont have been "bottom after 10 games", realistically, it could only have been "in the drop zone" and he couldn't have got out of that tonight whatever the result, so not sure why he didn't walk before if that was the case

Doubtful. He just sounds like he wants to go. I accept he has to go but what manager has succeeded here? You could argue mowbray was the last successful manager With 8th last year.

Conference two years time we can blame shit su but do they pick the team buy the players bring in loan players no its all down to tm a man with so much knowledge in football so he keeps tellling us fucked up last year where down already this season unless miracles do work

Now I know you're on a wind up

No wind up. Obviously it's an extreme example, but it's a valid one. Some people just don't learn no matter how many times the same thing happens to them. We have been through manager after manager. The only thing that has been consistent is our owners. No manager will succeed here until SISU are gone. We need to redirect our anger, and aiming at the manager will not help.

He tried to get the right people. It's not like he's dumb

Squads still good enough. TM needs to man up imo
Obviously be didn't try to get the right players if they aren't here. He tried to get players above our level and the gamble failed.

and he said that. he said its his fault we didn't get a 6ft 4 defender. He will be gone by the morning. He admitted it was his fault and will walk and not take any more money because he couldn't make it work

The way I see it is that he had to be able to put a team out on the pitch.
So he may have wanted players such as Armstrong, Murphy, Kent etc but simply budget wouldn't allow.
Hence ending up with loans and free's in order for us to fulfil the fixtures.

He fucked up and he knows it and he's off. End of story really. You soppy twats can cry yourselves to sleep and say it's not his fault but he's massively let us down. Came with a big reputation and didn't deliver.

Thanks for try TM, appreciate the sentiment behind what you were trying to achieve at the club, but execution was all wrong and your recruitment policy and tactics were frankly bizarre.
