Aren’t the clubs hands tied to be fair to them? He’s suspended but you would assume on full pay, and currently has not been charged yet, so they are probably stuck with nowhere to go.

There are multiple cases in the last five or so years involving very high profile footballers that have had fairly damning evidence (in this case audio, in others actual admission that the victim said 'no') and still no convictions. It is a fairly damning indictment on how hard it is to actually send someone down for sexual assault/rape.
